GET YOUR WINTER WELLBEING FIX

Wellbeing in winter may not be quite as easy as in the milder months, but here in Folkestone, Hythe and the Romney Marsh there are loads of options to keep you moving whatever the weather! There’s really no excuse…

ON YOUR BIKE

Flat coastal promenades and the wide expanse of Dungeness and the Romney Marsh lend themselves to a bit of gentle cycling, a great way of taking in some fresh air and getting some exercise at the same time.

Up the ante by tackling some of our hills – the North Downs overlook Folkestone, and if it’s clear you can see as far as France, while the Elham Valley offers rural hills and valleys.
