First homes at seaside development welcomed
Folkestone harbour will soon welcome the first phase of homes at a major seafront development that has already delivered major improvements to the public realm. The announcement was made by Folkestone Harbour and Seafront Development Company, whose outline plans include up to 1,000 new homes.
Folkestone-based Jenner Contractors Ltd. will build the first 84 homes at the western end of the site, with houses designed by ACME architects.
The homes, located close to The Leas Lift and Coastal Park, will boast fantastic views of the English Channel, private gardens and access to the Boardwalk.
