Capel-le-Ferne, a headland looking out over the English Channel towards France is the home of the Battle of Britain Memorial Trust which honours the service and dedication of The Few, those Hurricane and Spitfire pilots who were victorious in the Battle of Britain in 1940.  It also honours The Many, those thousands of support staff whose efforts kept our planes in the air.
